I support children (ages 6+), teens, adults, and parents, with a focus on neurodivergence
(including ADHD), mens issues, workplace issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life
transitions, relationship challenges, and anger management. My collaborative approach is
tailored to each client’s needs, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and
Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy playing piano, cooking, and exploring new places—
experiences that inspire creativity and presence in my work.
