Psychotherapy (talk therapy) is a health care profession which uses a variety of treatment techniques that aim to help you identify and change unhealthy emotions, thoughts and behaviors through having conversations with a mental health professional. Psychotherapy can help with several different issues, ranging from stress and relationship issues to mental health conditions.

As an individual and couple’s therapist, my goal is to provide you with a comfortable environment in which you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and personal challenges. I know at times, we can be overwhelmed by life’s challenges. This can lead to feeling lost, confused, overwhelmed, stuck or hopeless. I believe therapy is a great asset in getting you through such a difficult time and moving towards feeling better. I would be happy to be your therapist and accompany you on this new experience.

I work with a broad range of issues, such as, anxiety, stress management, burnout, anger management, interpersonal skills. As well as many relational issues with individuals, couples and families, such as communication, lack of intimacy and helping new parents transition into parenthood.
